Low call volume or no data on US carriers
Usually a carrier restriction, not a hardware fault. Activate the SIM in another phone first, prefer a physical SIM over eSIM, set the APN manually, or move to T-Mobile or a T-Mobile-based carrier such as Mint Mobile, Tello or US Mobile GSM.
How to do a factory reset on Kompakt
Back up in Mudita Center first. Then Settings, System, Factory Reset, and confirm Factory Reset. Everything on the phone is deleted; your MuditaOS K version stays the same.
An OS update fails on Kompakt
Try the update again on a stable connection, check that downloads over mobile data are allowed, then restart. A factory reset is the last resort.
Files do not show when connecting Kompakt via USB-C
If you connect Kompakt to your computer but can’t see your files, you’ll need to allow file transfer.
Ghost message sound with no notification
