Set, activate and deactivate the alarm on Harmony 2
From the home screen, twist the main knob to set the alarm time. Deep-press the knob to turn the alarm on or off: the orange band shows it is on. Melody, light and snooze are under Settings, Alarm.
What is the relaxation feature?
The Harmony comes with a library of relaxation sounds, which the user can play for a specified period of time or in a loop.
Upload new relaxation sounds
With the release of OS version 2.0.0 for the Mudita Harmony, our alarm clock has gained the ability to have custom audio files uploaded to it using Mudita Center.
What is the power nap feature?
Power nap is a countdown timer on Harmony and Harmony 2. Set it from 1 to 180 minutes and a sound tells you when time is up.
What is the meditation feature?
This feature can help you organize Meditation sessions and keep track of their statistics.
What is the bedtime feature?
The Bedtime feature can serve as a reminder that your bedtime is approaching. This can be useful to know when you should start preparing for sleep.

The Mudita Harmony's display frontlight is off by default and activates for 10 seconds at a time when needed.
Can I use Harmony 2 as a timer?
The Mudita Harmony and Mudita Harmony 2 alarm clocks have several features, which can work as a timer in various situations.
How do I change the Harmony alarm settings?
From the home screen, light-click the main knob, go to Settings > Alarm, then choose pre-wake up, main alarm or snooze settings to change.
