Short answerYou can return a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Press the Withdrawal Button on your order status page, send the item to our warehouse in Błonie within 14 days, and you get a refund after we check the parcel.
Start the return
- Open your order confirmation email and follow the link to your order status page. You can also use the Return link in the footer of mudita.com. No account or login is needed.
- Press the Withdrawal Button and confirm which items you are returning. Pressing it before the 14 days run out is enough to meet the deadline.
Send the parcel
Pack the product with its accessories and send it within 14 days of pressing the button to:

Your refund
When the parcel arrives, our team checks the contents and condition. After that, the refund is issued automatically to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to us (or of you sending proof of postage).
