How long parts are available
Parts that wear out or break most often, such as the battery and display, will be available for at least seven years. Mudita's repair service will also run for at least seven years. Local consumer laws on parts and repairs are followed in every market where Kompakt is sold.
Before you replace a part yourself
- Follow the official parts replacement instructions. Battery, display, camera and back cover swaps also need a new adhesive sheet.
- Read the safety info for spare parts, especially for the battery.
- If your Kompakt is still under warranty, contact support first. Repairs by someone Mudita has not authorized are not covered.
