How to manually check for MuditaOS K updates

Short answerConnect to the internet, then go to Settings, About, Software Update.

Step by step

  1. Make sure Kompakt is connected to the internet
  2. Touch the Control Center button
  3. Tap the Settings icon
  4. Tap About
  5. Tap Software Update
  6. If an update is available, you can update MuditaOS K

An OS (Operating System) update fails on KompaktThere are a few things you can try if an update fails, a factory reset should be the last resort!

  1. Try the update again
  2. Check you have a stable internet connection
  3. If you don't have Wi-Fi, check that you allow downloads using data
  4. Restart the the device
  5. Do a factory reset
  6. If none of the above fix the problem, contact customer support
