Starting out with Mudita Harmony 2
When you first receive a new Mudita Harmony, we recommend starting out by charging the device for at least 2-3 hours.
Charging and activating Harmony 2
When your Mudita Harmony or Mudita Harmony 2 is a new unit or when it runs out of battery power, we recommend charging the alarm clock for at least 1 hour, preferably 2-3 hours before using it.
Updating the software on Harmony 2
System updates for the Mudita Harmony and Mudita Harmony 2 are done through our desktop application Mudita Center, available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
Soft reset or factory reset on Harmony 2
There are two resets. A soft reset restarts the clock and keeps your settings. A factory reset returns it to how it left the factory.
What if Harmony 2 runs fast?
There was a clock calibration issue in early versions of the Harmony's software that caused it to gain time.
