The Mudita Radiant Automatic user guide includes the warranty terms. It comes as two PDFs, each with three languages.

What the guide covers

• Parts of the watch: hands, crown guard, crown, case, lugs
• Setting the time: pull the crown out, turn it, push it back in
• Winding: turn the crown clockwise
• Cleaning with a soft, dry cloth, and what to avoid (extreme heat, shocks, magnets, perfumes, detergents, oils)
• Water resistance ratings (your rating is on the back of the watch)
• Movement: Sellita SW200-1 Elaboré, 26 jewels, 28,800 vibrations per hour, 38 to 41 hour power reserve, accuracy of plus or minus 7 to 20 seconds a day

Warranty in brief

• 24 months from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are repaired free.
• Straps and buckles are not covered, nor is damage from misuse.
• You need a valid proof of purchase.
• If the defect can't be fixed, you get a new watch or a full refund.
• Shipping costs to send the watch in are not covered.

To claim, email support@mudita.com with photos or a video of the problem, and wait for instructions before you send the watch.

Service the watch every 2 to 3 years with a qualified watchmaker. Don't open it yourself.
