Warranty in brief

• 24 months from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge.
• You need proof of purchase showing the purchase date.
• Not covered: strap and buckle, telescopic bars, crystal, clasp, case plating, and damage from accidents, misuse, repairs by unauthorised people or normal wear.
• If it can't be repaired, you can get a new watch or a full refund.
• You pay the cost of sending the watch in.

How to claim

1. Email support@mudita.com. Describe the problem and attach photos or a video if you can.
2. Wait for the address to send the watch to. Don't send it before you hear back.
3. Pack the watch so it can't be damaged in transit.
