What does the Oasis warranty cover?

Every Mudita Oasis set is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, you will need proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team through Contact Us or Open a Warranty Case, with your proof of purchase ready.

Covered: manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as faulty stitching, zippers, or filling that settles unevenly.

Not covered: wear from regular use, damage caused by improper washing (see How Do I Wash and Care for Oasis?), or damage from moisture or direct sunlight during outdoor use (see Can I Use Mudita Oasis Outdoors?).
