How to create a vCard (VCF file) using iCloud

Short answerOn your computer, open iCloud Contacts, select the contacts and choose Export vCard.

Step by step

  1. On your computer, sign into your iCloud account using your Apple ID
  2. Click Contacts
  3. Select the contacts to export either by using ctrl + click or shift + click*
  4. Click the Export Icon
  5. Click Export vCard
  6. The vCard (VCF file) should appear in your downloads folder

*To quickly select all contacts, click the 3 dots in a circle icon > click Select All
