What is the difference?
- Airplane mode disables wireless communications like cellular networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth at the software level.
- Offline+ mode goes further by physically cutting off power to the GSM module and disabling all three microphones at the hardware level, including the top mic, bottom mic, and headphone jack mic. This makes the device incapable of connecting to cellular networks or capturing audio. Offline+ mode also disables the camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth at the software level. This comprehensive shutdown ensures your device is completely offline, providing maximum privacy.
