How to insert a physical SIM card

Short answerOpen the tray with the SIM Key, put the SIM in with the gold side down, and slide the tray back into Kompakt.

Step by step

  1. Insert the SIM Key into the round hole
  2. Fully remove the SIM tray
  3. Insert a SIM card into the SIM tray - gold side of the SIM facing down
  4. Insert the SIM tray into Kompakt
