Mudita ships to many countries across the world, but there are some markets where we do not operate.

After you place your order, you should get an email with the order confirmation. These are sent automatically, so it's a good idea to check your spam folder if you don't see the message in your inbox.

Return a store.mudita.com order within 14 days of delivery: press the Withdrawal Button, ship it to our warehouse in Błonie within 14 days, and get a refund once we check it.

Contact support with your proof of purchase and the fault. If the device must come in, we send a FedEx label for a free pickup or drop-off. We pay all warranty shipping.

Submit a support ticket and our agents should respond within 48 hours, usually quicker. We work Monday to Friday, so weekend tickets are answered the following work week.

Like all other products sold in our store, outlet devices are also protected by a warranty.
